Session $200 ($25/session) includes one month positional training and breakfast
MEMBERSHIP $320 ($20/session) includes one month positional training, one month sports performance training and breakfast (four days a week of training for month)

Rise and Shine - Early Shooters
Sharpen your shot and elevate your scoring game with elite lacrosse shooting training. Focus on precision, power, and quick release through dynamic drills that simulate game situations. Improve shot mechanics, accuracy, and velocity while developing the ability to finish under pressure. Train with intensity, perfect your form, and become a lethal scorer on the field.

Draw controls
Rise and Shine - Face Off and Draw Controls
Players will work with Hub Coaches on specific training for face offs and draw controls.
Faceoffs: Proper stance to fire out; perfecting the clamp, rake, and counters with various exits; hand speed reaction time; creating fast breaks; & post-draw ground ball/wing play best practices.

Lacrosse goalie-specific training focuses on developing the unique skills, reflexes, and mental toughness required for this demanding position.

What is Sports Performance?
This Sports Performance session will be a mixture of strength training, speed and agility, injury prevention and stability work. These aspects of training involve lifting weights, footwork, mobility and teaching the athlete the importance of the "why" of resistance training and it's impact on athlete performance and safety.
